Our Story

We started out as Nellis bidders too. Winning auctions was the fun part. The not-so-fun part was driving to the warehouse, waiting in line, and hauling everything home yourself. After seeing what other pickup services charged, we knew there had to be a better option.

That's when we built the service we wished existed: Auction Delivery TX.

For a flat $10, we pick up your Nellis wins and deliver them to your door the very same day. Skip the drive. Skip the line. Keep the deal.

Your auction wins, delivered.

Our flat rate is $10 per order, plus tax. Tips for your driver are optional and can be added during checkout.

We deliver within a 15-mile radius of both Nellis Auction locations: Katy (3615 W Grand Pkwy N) and SW Houston (5615 W Fuqua St Bldg D). If you're unsure whether your address is in range, go ahead and book and the system will let you know.

It's simple: book online, select your Nellis Auction location, enter your delivery address, and pay. We pick up your items from Nellis on your scheduled date and bring them to your door the same day. We always do our best to deliver same day, and in the rare case when something is out of our hands, it arrives the next day at the latest.

During the booking process, you'll see instructions to add our driver's name as an authorized pickup person on your Nellis Auction account. This allows us to collect your items on your behalf.

No. We place your items at your door and ring the doorbell or knock to let you know. You can add delivery notes during booking if you have specific instructions, like "Leave on back porch" or "Place on bench."

We currently deliver small and medium-sized items at our flat rate. If you need extra-large or heavy items delivered (furniture, appliances, etc.), please contact us and we'll work something out.

We're currently working on a Return Protection add-on. In the meantime, if you need to return an item, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Items are received as-is from Nellis Auction. While we take great care during transport, we are not liable for the condition of items from the auction. We recommend reviewing item listings and photos carefully before purchasing.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe's secure checkout. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

After booking, log into your account and visit the "My Deliveries" page to see real-time status updates on your order.

We deliver 7 days a week. Deliveries are typically made between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

At the moment, we deliver within a daytime window (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) on your selected delivery date. We're working on adding more specific time slots in the future.
